Ring brooch, gold, set with a ruby in a high collet at the upper point of the circle, and a sapphire in a high collet at the lower point of the circle. Engraved with a quatrefoil at the attachment point of the pin and at the opposite point. Engraved with an inscription in Lombardic letters 'IEP VAO NEL RLI' (meaning unknown).
