Artist/Maker
Place of origin

Rejina Pyo is a London-based contemporary fashion brand founded by the Korean designer of the same name. Born in Seoul, Pyo moved to London in 2008 and completed the MA Fashion Design course at Central Saint Martins. She then worked as a designer at Roksanda before setting up her own company in 2014. Pyo is known for her pared-back, architectural designs and fun summer dresses with bright splashes of colour. In line with slow fashion, Pyo’s designs are intended to last and be worn season after season, and separates are designed to be mixed and matched again and again.

One of Pyo’s bestselling designs, the Greta dress is typical of her design aesthetic. Called ‘the perfect summer dress’ by ES Magazine, the fit-and-flare dress has a tight cinched-in waist and voluminous puffed sleeves. Pyo originally designed Greta for her seminal Spring/Summer 2017 collection but has featured the design in every collection since; the shocking pink of this version was released in 2019.
