Physical description
S.718:1-2019: Kimono

Blue and white kimono with long hanging sleeves. The exterior is white and is printed with a musical score, reading: 'Number 2 - continued song (Nanki-Poo) with chorus.' The interior is lined with blue silk.
At the interior of the neck there are two black elastic straps, which can be secured together with a palstic buckle. There is also a small pocket on the proper left interior.

S.718:2-2019: Shirt

Cotton shirt striped in blue, red and white. The cuffs and collar are plain white and the shirt fastens left over right with a row of nine buttons. The cuffs are secured with black cuff links. The maker's label at the neckline reads: Hawes and Curtis, Jermyn Street, London.

S.718:3-2019: Trousers

Pair of deep blue and black checked wool trousers. They are not lined, but are faced at the interior waist with panels of black cotton. The button fly is secured with four buttons and there are three metal hooks and bars at the centre front waist. Buttons (to attach to braces) are present at the rear of the waistband.

S.718:4-2019: Braces

Pairs of braces, yellow silk ground with small black spots. They have two leather straps with buttonholes at the base, these are both attached to a central band of black elastic.
