Patricia Hayes (1917 - 2001) was a 20th century character actor with a career spanning television, radio, theatre and film. Hayes played the role of Mrs. Eileen Coady in John Cleese's film A Fish Called Wanda and was awarded this crystalware dish by the British Video Association (BVA) to commemorate the film's successful release on VHS. The BVA is now known as the British Association for Screen Entertainment.
