Bowl and cover, of salt-glazed stoneware. Depressed globular body with spreading moulded foot, short cylindrical neck moulded with arcading wide mouth. The cover is domed and has a depressed globular knob. The body and cover are incised with a design of stylised interlaced foliage coloured dark green on a pale greenish brown ground; a dark blue band at neck and foot.
