Ralph & Russo is an international fashion house known for its opulent handcrafted garments. Founded in 2007 by Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo, the brand has shot to prominence in the past decade. In 2013 Ralph & Russo became the first British member accepted into the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture in almost a century.

The dress offered to us comes from Ralph & Russo’s Autumn/Winter 2014 collection. It is made of a pale grey silk tulle, heavily embellished with seed pearls and crystals, with the cuffs and collar edged with stiff grey silk organza. The dress was shown in Fashion in Motion at the V&A in October 2014 and later worn by the French-Ukrainian actress Olga Kurylenko at the opening night gala for the 11th Annual Dubai International Film Festival in December of that year.

Physical description
Floor-length evening dress of grey silk tulle. The dress has a simple, column-like silhouette with gently nipped-in waist, emphasized with beading, and elbow-length sleeves. The dress has an open rounded neckline with a shallow stand-up organza trim.

It is heavily embellished with pearls and crystals.
