Flask of buff salt-glazed stoneware with the upper part moulded in the form of a half-length figure of Lord Brougham holding a scroll inscribed 'THE True Spirit of REFORM'. On the lower part are the words 'Brougham, Reform CORDIAL' and on the back is the mark 'Lambeth Pottery DOULTON & WATTS 15 HIGH STREET LAMBETH'. The lower part is of oval section, and the upper is coloured brown.
