Mug of white earthenware transfer-printed in black and painted in pale blue and yellow. Cylindrical with a loop handle. On one side are printed in hatched silhouette the royal arms between the letters 'ER'. On the other side in the date '1937'. The lower half has a ground colour of pale blue, and the upper part left white, is printed with the representation of firework displays touched with yellow paint.
