Figure group of a highlander and lady, lead-glazed earthenware. They are standing, the man to the right holding bagpipes. He wears a blue jacket and kilt, red plaid stockings, green cloak and flat Tam o' Shanter hat; the woman wears a blue dress caught up at the waist, striped skirt & large hat with crimson feather; in her left hand she holds a flower, her elbow resting on a vase which stands on a wall between them, from the middle of which issues a stream; the ground is coloured yellow and green. Long oval base with gilt line.
