The Shang Xia brand was established in 2008 by the Hermès Group and Chinese designer Jiang Qiong Er. The ‘Lan Yue’ handbag was first designed in 2014. This later reinterpretation aims to fuse traditional European and Oriental traditions by combining French leather with Chinese bamboo and silk in a simple and elegant design.(12/2020)
