Hand written letter with illustrations in pen including sheep in a fold at a sheep fair with dogs and farmers, pigs being driven by a farmer with a horse and cart, sheep lying with their legs tied, and a dog jumping from a train carriage window and self-portrait of Beatrix Potter sitting in the train with a pet under the seat. On the back the letter continues with a drawing of a man lying on a collapsed chair and a handkerchief on a chair.
