Photograph of the Molo from the corner of the Libreria Vecchia looking east towards the Riva degli Schiavoni, Venice, Italy. Five of the lower arches on the eastern, seaward side of the Ducal Palace are bricked up. The photograph shows white paint marks and other blemishes supposedly in order to create a cloudy sky. This object forms part of a selection of photographs that have been collected, commissioned or acquired by John Wharlton Bunney throughout the 1870s until the 1880s.
