Production
The film positives were made from enlarged internegatives made by Paul Strand between 1916 and 1917 from his original negatives of 1914-16. The plates were made by Jon Goodman and printed under his supervision at Atelier de Taille Douce, Saint-Preux, Switzerland and at the Photogravure workshop, Millerton, New York, on Lana Gravure paper from the Papeteries de Lana, Docelles, France.
