Dishes: eight incurved sides and supported on four gilt scrolled feet. Painted round the inside and outside with a broad blue band with flowers and fruit in shaped panels; inside in the middle is a large bunch of flowers and fruit.
Covers: similarly decorated and has a loop handle terminating at either in a lion's mask.

One of eight vegetable dishes and covers of porcelain, painted in colours and decorated with gilding. Mark, "Spode 5061" written in gold. English (Stoke-upon-Trent); first half of 19th century.
