The on on the left shows three men on top of a tower looking down at protestors below with a caption that reads, 'ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL - ALL THESE STUDENTS RUNNING RIOT AND TRASHING SNOOTY TOWERS'. The second frame on the right shows six men in dinner jackets with a waiter on the left drinking wine. The main caption, '...THEY SHOULD BE RUNNING RIOT AND TRASHING RESTAURANTS - LIKE WE DID AT OXFORD!'. The title and captions are on separate pieces of paper that have been pasted onto the cartoon.
