The man holds a newpaper in his left hand which reads 'PROPERTY' and the woman has her hand on a buggy carrying a baby. At the top of the sheet 'OUT- OF-DATE PROVERBS' has been written, and below, "Seek and Ye Shall Find." The drawing has been signed next time the buggy, 'SA.' Various corrections have been made using white correction fluid.
