Articulated doll representing a fantasy gnome or dwarf character, dressed in a suit of lime green trousers and jade green waistcoat over a white cotton shirt. On the feet are pointed shoes of brown PVC, textured to resemble leather. The waistcoat has red laces on its front. On the head is a pointed cap of red felt. The head appears to be made from moulded rubber and is bald on top. Affixed to the face is a red-grey beard of nylon. Around the left wrist is a bracelet of red PVC, affixed to which is the Steiff button.
