Three round card lace tablets stuck with glass-headed pins, and covered in paper printed with a circular lace pattern on one side and the manufacturer's label on the other. One has a sample worked in cotton thread (T.191A). On Teneriffe wheels for making imitation needle lace.
The three tablets are each made from two roundels of stiff card stuck together, the edges bound with strong braid. A number of large-headed pins are stuck between the two layers round the circumference. The pins are evenly spaced and the half-way points marked with two white-headed pins. The three tablets each have a photograph of a completed piece of lace on one side.
Accompanied by a leaflet of folded paper giving diagrammatic and printed instructions for making Teneriffe lace.
