Ladies hat with wide brim and low crown. It is constructed from overlapping tucks of heavy-duty navy blue nylon net. There is a navy blue satin ribbon round the crown, which hangs down the brim at the back. The brim is trimmed with a profusion of blue and white ostrich feathers. On the underside of the brim, at the back, are two flat bows of the blue satin ribbon.

The crown is lined with a layer of fine blue nylon net. There is a grosgrain hat-band inside.

Physical description
