Fan consisting of a needle lace leaf and pink mother of pearl sticks. It has an irregular ground mesh of brides picotées with patterned areas worked in solid and spaced buttonhole stitches with additional fancy fillings. The border has a design of pomegranates, leaves and irregular cartouches, and the centre is filled with five floral sprigs.
It has a straight edged hoop handle of brass with ring.
