Decorated with 12 half-page miniatures, full-page miniature on title page, and 8 decorated words or panels (5 coloured).
Binding of tortoiseshell boards with two clasps and corner ornaments of silver-gilt filligree in a leaf pattern; silver-gilt inlay on front cover incorporating floral scrolls, two birds with beaks joined, and heart and flame motifs; small floral scroll inlaid on back cover.
