Woman's stomacher of blue silk taffeta, lined with linen and blue silk. It is embroidered with coloured silk twist in long and short stitches and couched with silver filé and purl in a pattern of flowers and leaves. The stomacher is triangular with a shaped point and a short, wide skirt on each side, outlined with couched thread to look like 3 narrow skirts.
