Woman’s stomacher of bleached linen, triangular with a rounded, shaped point at the bottom. It is embroidered with chain and satin stitch with coloured silk floss in a floral design on a ground of yellow silk backstitched in a vermicelli pattern. The edges are bound with ½-inch (1.3 cm) wide yellow silk ribbon.
