This exterior perspective, and the accompanying interior perspective for this scheme, are by the noted American perspectivist (in American ‘renderer’) Carlos Deniz. SOM was not successful in the competition for this Dutch Insurance company building that eventually was built to the designs of architect René Steevensz of PPKS Architects (Chicago).
