Accordion-folding paper peepshow. 4 cut-out panels. Hand-coloured lithographs. Peepshow contained in cartonnage box.
Front panel: the front panel forms the lid of the box and has a printed scene of the museum's interior.
Panel 1: two couples looking at the display cases.
Panel 2: a man with a boy and girl, points to the displays.
Panel 3: a seated woman with two men and a taxidermied giraffe.
Panel 4: a woman and boy looking at a display case.
Back panel: two women and three men peruse the walls of exhibits.
