Historical context	Several other sketches of Cairo and Algiers were reproduced in `An Artist's Tour Among the Arabs, from water-colour sketches by Guido Bach R.I.', The Graphic, 17 January 1885, pp.65, 66, 68, 69, 72. The Quran reading would appear to be taking place in a mosque in Algiers.
