Artist/Maker
Place of origin

This textile was designed by Lori Weitzner for Jack Lenor Larsen Incorporated, one of America's leading craft and commercial textile manufacturers. Entitled 'Reverie', it formed part of the 'Paradigm' Collection. Five universal symbols were incorporated into the design, crosses, spirals, circles, triangles and squares. The textiles were described as being suitable for 'residential and executive spaces' suggesting a move towards larger contract commisions rather than individual domestic homes.

Lori Weitzner's work has extended beyond textiles. She has designed for a range of companies, with commissions including packaging for Estee Lauder cosmetics and interiors for Lufthansa Airlines.
