Boxed spinning toy, consisting of a spinning disc and a robot-shaped launcher. The spinnind disc consists of two parts which are fitted together: a transparent green top and an opaque red bottom. Inside is a lightbulb, fitted to a simple circuit which can be powered by a AAA battery. The launcher resembles a robot and is made from grey polystyrene. Its arms are outstretched, terminating in pincers. The spinning disc fits into a socket on its base. On top of its head is a button which can be depressed to activate the spinning top.

With the toy is its original colour-printed card box. There is a transparent plastic window on the front of it.
