Toy robot, transforming into the likeness of a steam locomotive, made from die-cast metal and injection-moulded black and silver plastic (probably ABS). Areas of the plastic are painted to express more detail: the face and the legs; there are printed paper stickers on the torso. When in vehicle mode, the toy can be propelled along on two small plastic wheels.

With the toy is its packaging, consisting of a printed card back and transparent plastic blister.
