Action figure representing a humanoid male, made from transparent green plastic (possibly PVC). The figure is jointed at the shoulders and hips. The head is solid green and is mounted on a ball joint and can be moved from side to side, turned, and moved forwards and backwards. The figure's hair is painted light blue, eyes yellow. On its chest is a white and orange 'control panel'. Two yellow squares are found at the waist. The figure is moulded as though barefoot, wearing a vest and shorts, with a wristwatch on its right rist. The left arm is bent at the elbow.

The packaging has been opened. It consists of a printed card back, with a transparent plastic blister.
