The spout of the teapot is an integral part of the body and rises and tapers towards the opening, with a gradually expanding flat plane running from the tip to the neck. The body projects on the other side, with a similar flat plane to which at the outer point is attached a tapering cane-covered strip handle. A flat hinged lid is attached to the top of the handle at the junction with the body. The pieces of the teapot are assembled from stamped sheet metal.
