Photographic print of a scene from a production of Hamlet, at the Kingsway Theatre, August 25th 1925. The landscape photograph includes Dorothy Massingham as the Queen, Frank Vosper as the King, A. Bromley Davenport as Polonius and Colin Keith-Johnston as Hamlet. The scene takes place in the court with stone steps at the centre of stage, with two tall windows and a set of three chairs at the back of stage. By the steps, on the right side is Hamlet in modern dress wearing a black suit, standing in profile and reading a book. At the centre is Polonius in a black suit and pinstriped tie. To the left are the King and Queen standing next to each oter looking towards Hamlet.
