Monumental wheel carved from a single block of limestone. Wheel itself is formed of 23 spokes radiating from a hollowed out hub. At the bottom edge of the wheel is a depiction of an open lotus representing the purity of the Buddha and his teachings. Concentric circles of pearls surround the spokes.
