Bought from Messrs G. Hess & Co. on 31 December 1894 together with one other leaf from the same manuscript and a series of 17th-century ink drawings on vellum for the total sum of 202 Marks 50 Pf. (now D.636:1 to 32-1894, D.637A and D.637B-1894).
