Black soft wool single-breasted jacket with shoulder pads, four self-fabric covered buttons down the front and one at each wrist (functioning). The front facings of the jacket are cut away and the fabric is replaced with a type of extremely heavy embroidered lace. Edges of the lapels and facings are embroidered/bound. Striped rayon lining.
