She is standing with her arms outstretched, holding out the sides of her diamond shaped skirt. This skirt forms part of her dress which has an empire line bodice and narrow shoulder straps. She is also wearing a headdress formed from tall, upstanding curved panels and decorated with ostrich feathers. |
