The artist Maria Jacotey was commissioned by the art collective Assemble to create a series of drawings showing products which were about to go into production and be sold by Granby Workshop, a community collective set up by Assemble for residences in the Granby Street area of Liverpool to revitalise local houses and create employment. Jacotey made the drawings while renting an artist space in Yardhouse, a building designed by Assemble on their property on Stratford High Street, London.
