Physical description

Brush and ink and graphite, drawing in progress for 'Hannibal Passing the Alps', comprising a freely-brushed ink drawing on a back sheet overlaid with a piece of tracing paper. Black ink applied with a brush on the back sheet with pen and ink and graphite outline on tracing-paper front sheet.
