aussieBum is named after its Australian founder Sean Ashby who decided to establish a swimwear business when he was an unemployed beach bum in 2001.

Today aussieBum sells underwear and swimwear to a global market.

The company has become known for its daring, figure hugging briefs since the 2006 launch of the 'Wonderjock', which is designed to lift and enhance the genitals.
