Place of origin |
Ken Kiff (1935-2001) is best known as a painter, whose work is characterised by heightened colour and dream-like scenes which resemble fairy tales. Figures are shown in simple landscapes, with odd disjunctions of scale between the different elements of the composition. Many of these characters and devices from his paintings also appear in his many prints. This is a trial proof for an untitled print made at Studio Prints, London.
