  • FOR A LONG term investment there's nothing quite so practical as a raincoat - especially if it has extra, winter-weight lining. Today's coats are pricey but dateless and blissfully flattering. From left to right: Wrapover car coat in Aqua 5 proofed cotton gabardine with raccoon collar, self belt and fur fabric lining. It is available in sizes 8-18, price £45. Raincoat in polyester cotton with a showerproof finish and wide raccoon collar. It comes in sizes 8-18 and is priced at £49. High-waisted raincoat in permanently proofed cotton with double-breasted fastening and raccoon collar and cuffs. Again sizes 8-18 and selling for £39. Double-breasted, belted raincoat in Aqua 5 proofed gabardine with raccoon collar and cuffs and pile fabric lining. Also in sizes 8-18, price £61. All by Aquascutum.
