  • SWINGING SWIRL OF TARTAN IT'S young, it's new, it's SWINGING - this sleeveless slip of a black, grey and white tartan dress with low-set black patent belt and kilted swirl. Get the look - big hat over big eyes and pale lips, bare knees above long white socks and round-toed patent shoes. That is the way the designers showed it. They also suggest wearing it over a black polo-necked sweater for colder weather. Trend-Setter dress by Susan small, price 9 1/2 gns. (Newspaper clipping adhered to reverse)
