The print features a scene in which an army are confronting a group of men and women in lavishly coloured and trimmed garments. In the foreground a man and a woman stand together, holding hands, their gaze directed towards the armoured soldier who is standing before them. A caption below the image reads 'North. My Lord, the mind of Bolingbroke is changed; You must to Pomfret, Not unto the Tower.'
