Print of the actress, Sarah Bartley [earlier Miss Smith] (1783–1850), 1814. The print features a head and shoulders, profile, portrait of the actress whose gaze is directed away from the viewer. She is wearing a dark, high waisted dress, the waistline defined by a band with a pair of circular medallions at the centre front, and she wears a single strand of beads around her neck. A line of text at the top of the print indicates that it was created as part of a suppliement to the Lady's Magazine.
