Physical description | Two prints of the comic actor and theatrical producer, John Laurence Toole (1830-1906). The two prints are mounted side by side on a sheet of sugar paper. The print on the left features a head and shoulder image of Toole, he is wearing formal suit with a dark bow tie and pale shirt. The print on the right is a three quarter length image of Toole, again he is dressed formally, with a jacket over a waistcoat, shirt and spotted tie. His left arm is resting on a pillar. |
