Print of the opera singer and actress Zaré Thalberg (1858-1915) as she appeared in the role of Cherubino in The Marriage of Figaro at the Theatre Royal Covent Garden. The print features a head and shoulders image of Thalberg who is shown gazing into the distance. She is wearing a doublet with a wide falling collar, a shoulder cloak, and a slim hat which has an upturned brim and is trimmed with a plume of feathers. A sheet of typed text providing biographical information about Thalberg is attached to the rear of the sugar paper on which the print is mounted.
