The Rolleiflexer
About 1936

Seen from below and silhouetted against a
cloudy sky, this photographer takes on a heroic
quality. He bends to look into the waist-level
view finder of a Rolleiflex twin lens reflex
camera. His stance is characteristic of users of
this popular medium-format camera.
