Gouache on board publicity artwork for Bertram Mills' Circus and Menagerie, Olympia, London 1937. The poster features a woman, Huzarina, riding behind a group of nine horses. The woman is dressed in a sleeveless dress with a full, pale pink skirt and is wearing a headdress formed from plumes of feathers. She is positioned, standing upright, on the back or two of the horses, and holds the reins of all nine horses in her hands. The typography on the poster is executed in yellow and white, with key words outlined in red.
