  • MUGHAL-INSPIRED COAT In the 1980s, designer Brigitte Singh was given a 17th-century Mughal textile by her father-in-law. Inspired by its poppy design, she worked with skilled block-makers and printers to recreate high-quality block-printing. Today, her studio specialises in reproducing Mughal motifs on furnishings and garments, such as this coat.
