This Fan Bingbing Barbie doll is part of Mattel's Celebrity Speciality doll series released in February 2014. Fan is a celebrated actress and fashion icon in China, gained international stardom and recognition when she wore the dragon dress designed by Laurence Xu on a red carpet debut at the Cannes Film Festival in 2010. A modified version of the dragon dress was given to the V&A by the designer in 2012.
